Service e-mail address (service@tasconline.com) ends this weekend

As of Monday, August 1, please submit all inquiries and requests through our innovative online service request form—MyService Request (from MyTASC, click Contact Us).

You will no longer be able to reach our Customer Care team via service@tasconline.com. This e-mail address permanently retires on Sunday, July 31.

MyService Request is easy to use. Each request is contextualized as it occurs, based on the selected product and topic. A series of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) will pop up, in many cases answering your question and eliminating the need for a service request altogether.

When you do submit a request, it is directed to the Customer Care team that can best serve you. This expedites your request and ensures a response that is accurate and thorough. Also important, your personal health information is kept confidential and secure per HIPAA regulations.

Finally, each MyService Request is assigned a tracking number. Please take note of it to reference with any secondary inquiries.
